1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
1.1 Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
- Royal Mail First Class Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Royal Mail First Class Shipping: 2-3 business days
- EVRI Shipping: 3-4 business days - most economical option
- Packaging: We charge a 50p flat fee
1.2 International Shipping
- We do not ship internationally.
- We only ship to the UK.
Important Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement
- Business days exclude weekends and holidays
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)
- Weather conditions and carrier delays may affect delivery times
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors:
- Package Weight: Heavier items cost more to ship
- Package Dimensions: Oversized items may incur additional fees
- Delivery Destination: Distance and location affect shipping costs
- Selected Shipping Method: Express and overnight shipping cost more than standard

3. International Shipping
- We do not ship internationally.

4. Order Processing Time
Processing Schedule:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM: Processed same business day
- Orders placed after 1 PM: Processed next business day

- Holiday orders: May experience 1-2 day processing delays
Special Circumstances:
- Custom or made-to-order items: 3-5 business days processing time
- Pre-order items: Will ship on or after the specified release date

- Contact our customer service team for tracking assistance
Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If tracking shows no updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery:
- Royal Mail (United States Postal Service)
- EVRI (United Parcel Service)
Carrier selection is based on your location and selected shipping method. We choose the most reliable option for your delivery.
7. Shipping Issues & Resolution
7.1 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark as delivered prematurely)
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Insured orders will be refunded or reshipped.
7.2 Damaged Items
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt
- Take photos of the damaged package and item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved
We will replace damaged items or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7.3 Incorrect Address
- Verify your shipping address before completing checkout
- Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address
- Address changes before shipment: Free of charge
- Address changes after shipment: May incur carrier rerouting fees
- Packages returned due to incorrect address may incur reshipping fees

- Reshipping fees will apply for corrected addresses
- Unclaimed packages will be refunded after 30 days (minus shipping and restocking fees)
