      We're supporting our local team in Taxi to the Future Skinflint Rally, who are aiming to drive the 1200 miles from the UK to Barcelona to raise money for for an amazing charity, Eden Valley Hospice.

      How can I order?
      You can order products directly through our website. Our online store is hosted on Shopify to offer you the best experience and easiest way to make your purchase.      Payments can be made by debit and credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify's Shop Pay.


      Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
      At present, we are only able to able to accept orders for our handcrafted products from addresses in the UK.


      How long do standard orders take?
      All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. We aim to send all orders within 1 working week. We will keep you up to date on progress and let you know when we send your gifts.      If you have the Shopify app, you will be able to keep progress on your delivery and receive live updates on the delivery status.


      What about custom orders?
      We can produce custom orders. Please contact us to find out more.


      How much do you charge for shipping?
      Shipping costs vary on the size of the product and the quantity you order. This is displayed at the checkout.


      Which company do you use for shipping?
      Our shipping partners via Shopify are DPD UK and EVRI.
      For custom orders we use DPD, EVRI and Royal Mail.


      Where do you ship to?
      At present we are only able to send our handcrafted products to addresses in the UK.
